Where I come from
I was born in Bangladesh but grew up in different countries; I came to England in Septemeber 2000.
I came to UK with my parents because of my father's job. I reside with my parents and my one little sister.
My father is a diplomatic staff of the 'Bangladesh Government' and he works for the High Commission of Bangladesh here in London. In case you do not know what that involves, 'High Commission' is similar to Embassy (Commonwealth countries are more commonly referred to as High Commission). The High Commision represents Bangladesh in UK, and is part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dhaka, Bangladesh.This is similar to the Forreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) in UK.
Anyway, enough of my dad.
Another reason of coming to UK was to have the opportunity to study at a UK university, which I am doing now!
I am going to stay in UK for 3 more years, long enough to finish my course. Then, I shall either continue to stay in UK if I have any good opportunity in terms of my career, or I shall escape again to another corner of the world and take a sweeter bite of the apple!
