This award was given by a leading English Newspaper in Bangladesh, The Daily Star. It was awarded to all those who achieved greater than 5 'A' grades in their O'levels that year. A number of students in my school including me were present in the ceremony where awards were distributed in the presence of the Education Minister in Bangladesh, and the editor of the newspaper.
