Overview

I did my A'levels in 1999-2001 starting in Maple Leaf International School in Dhaka in Bangladesh. I chose three subjects, based on my favorite subject areas I studied in O' levels. My A' level subjects were:

Pure Mathematics
Physics
Chemistry

The syllabus I was following in Bangladesh was the University of London EdExcel syllabus. When I heard of my parents' decision to come to UK, I thought that I would have the risk of repeating the first year when I go to UK. So, I gave the Pure Mathematics exam at the end of the first year, and continued the other two subjects in the second year at NewVic, also known as Newham Sixth Form College, London.
